Payment Policy

1. Online Payments

For prepaid orders, the complete order amount is payable at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

MISAGA will never ask you to share your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or banking password through phone, WhatsApp, email or social media.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for eligible products and locations. Every COD order requires a ₹100 advance booking payment to confirm and process the order.

₹100 booking amount

The ₹100 advance is not an additional charge. It is adjusted against your final order bill.

3. COD Order Confirmation

A COD order is processed only after the ₹100 booking amount is successfully received. If it is not received, MISAGA may not process or confirm the order. The payment is linked to and adjusted against that order.

4. COD Cancellation

Because products are produced specifically after ordering, please cancel as early as possible before production or dispatch. Cancellation may no longer be possible once production or dispatch begins. Any cancellation, refund or adjustment of the ₹100 booking amount will depend on order status and the applicable cancellation terms.

5. Failed or Refused COD Delivery

If a customer refuses or fails to accept a dispatched COD order, MISAGA may review the booking amount and order-related shipping or return costs before determining any refund or adjustment, subject to applicable law.

6. Payment Gateway Issues

If payment succeeds but an order is not generated, contact MISAGA Customer Support with your payment or order details.

7. Payment Security

Online payments are processed by the applicable payment provider. MISAGA does not intentionally store complete payment credentials such as your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
