Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.

Once dispatched, shipping or tracking information will be sent through the contact details provided during checkout, wherever tracking is available.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within approximately 7–8 business days from dispatch or order confirmation, depending on the delivery location and courier service. Remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.

Delays

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by:

• Weather conditions
• Courier delays
• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• High order volumes
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in case of a delivery delay.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, mobile number and other required information. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or repeated delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged Package

If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at delivery, contact MISAGA Customer Support as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, with photographs or videos of the package and product.
